Through my non-linear journey of pivoting from STEM into UX design, having worked in-house across global companies from NASDAQ listed to Series A startups, I’ve noticed the consistent gap and opportunity cost from a lack of design maturity within the teams that would benefit from them the most.

What started as a skillset — designing interfaces, systems, and brands — has evolved into a studio practice grounded in the belief that good design can do more than drive profits. It can build trust, spark belonging, and create space for new voices to be heard.
